Terms of Service

Please note…Your name, mailing address, email, cell number, and at least one emergency contact are required for all of my service appointments.

Cancellation Policy…I understand that things can come up. I value your time, and hope you value mine too. If you need to cancel, reschedule, or adjust any part of your appointment (EX: you are scheduled for a color session but decide to just have a haircut instead) Please notify me no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify me in that time frame will incur a cancellation fee. To ensure my cancellation policy is upheld I require a credit card on file to book any appointment. Any appointment not cancelled within the 48-hour window falls under my cancellation protocol. Your card on file will be charged 25% for the scheduled service/s. NO SHOWS will be charged 75% to your card on file for the scheduled service/s. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please communicate them before committing to an appointment.

Arriving Late…I will do my best to accommodate you if you are running a bit late. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to either adjust what services can still be received in the time remaining (no price adjustment) or reschedule. If we reschedule cancellation fees will apply and your card on file will be charged 25% of the scheduled service/s.

Service Adjustments…Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let me know during your appointment, or within 7 days after your service has been performed. I am committed to making any needed corrections, as long as it falls within the services discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. Refunds are not given for services received, but I will be pleased to accommodate you free of charge in most circumstances. For said complimentary service to be done, this request must be made within 7 days of your initial appointment.

Product Return Policy…I want you to love the products you purchase in my salon. A very lightly used product may be returned by the next scheduled appointment you have with me. Please reach out to me as soon as possible after using product if it isn’t to your liking.

Alternative Hair Enhancements (wigs, toppers, extensions, cranium prosthesis) …Per State Board Health Regulations, I cannot refund or exchange if your hair enhancement piece has been cut, altered or taken from my salon suite. If you are not pleased with it at your pickup appointment, I will happily exchange it for you. A restocking fee does apply.
