Are children welcomed at salon?

Our salon is not child proof. Hot styling tools, sharp scissors, chemicals, and a busy salon can be a safety hazard. Children are to be kept inside of salon suite and not in lobby while you are receiving services. It is preferred that children visit us only when receiving an appointment.

Do you require deposits for appointments?

I do not require deposits for hair services. However, I do require a 50% deposit for wigs and toppers. When booking extensions a 100% deposit for hair is required.

How long does it take to receive an alternative hair piece (wig or topper) ?

I work with HairUWear and orders are usually received within one week of order.

Do you have gift certificates available?

Yes, I do. You can purchase and print a gift certificate from my website. Or, if you prefer, you are welcome to purchase in salon.

Do you offer hair extensions?

Yes, I currently offer Hairwear by Hairtalk which is a tape-in semi-permanent topper. I also offer HotHeads tape-ins for extra thickness or length.

Should I wash my hair before my salon appointment?

Yes, it is wise to come to the salon with clean/dry hair. Color actually takes better on clean hair.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

I ask that you arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior you’re appointment.

Can I walk in to look at wigs, buy products etc.?

Because I’m in a private salon suite you must have an appointment.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, I have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all services. No Shows are responsible for 75% of cost of appointment.
